How it works

A clear process.
Built around the site.

Mechanical does not mean one-size-fits-all. The waterbody, plant, access and authorization determine the right plan.

01

Tell us about the property

Send the location, photos if available, the approximate area and the result you want.

02

Review the site and plants

We assess identification, density, shoreline conditions, water levels, equipment access and project fit.

03

Confirm the authorization path

Applicable FWC, DEP, water management district and local requirements are reviewed before work.

04

Define the scope and quote

You receive a site-specific approach and quote before work is scheduled.

05

Complete and maintain the work

Approved work is completed within the defined footprint, with follow-up care discussed as needed.

Authorization comes before equipment.

Florida law generally requires authorization to alter aquatic plants in state waters unless a specific exemption applies. Exemptions are conditional, and beach work may involve separate requirements. LakeGuard checks the project path before work begins.
